I love this story. The ways you're able to shift between the warring impulses of corruption and romance without making either one feel emotionally false. Just one of my absolute favorite things to read on the site. Wishing you good luck and perseverance because I know long narratives are challenging and hard to sustain. The relationship between Devon and Tony was wonderful.

This story leaves me a wreck. The care and tenderness of every beat. I hate it a little bit because I'm on the verge of tears. Every interaction with Sawyer in the memories, all the sweetness there hurts because of the tragedy of Lock's choice, his inaction, when his father discovers them. And the heartbreaking events that follow. Lock's mother's comment about the rarity of the closeness of their friendship. Another stake in my heart. Always wishing the ending could be different. And now seeing Sawyer in spirit form and he's still trying to help Lock. I am hopeful the ability to talk to Sawyer after all this time could somehow be a good thing, helpful. But that they can never have would could have been for them aches.

Likewise. Knowing the ending is not a happy one takes me some mental and emotional fortitude to read. But that, itself, speaks highly of the writing. Even in this period so outside the present, there is so much to relate to and anchor in. Well done.

As usual, this fairy tale keeps being as enchanting as it is seductive. Amazing job.

@Twan Andersen Thank you Twan! It was tricky dealing with sluts and keeping the tone, but I hope it worked.

This story reminds me of gay-cinema, there is such a deep emotion, a pain that's hard to express but you've managed to capture it so wonderfully. A wildly different take on the challege for sure, somehow you've managed to make this so grounded and real, and even the supernatural elements play into that. It's symbolic of their dynamic, they can merge bodies but there is a distance between them, and then the consequences of staying merged reflect how toxic it is to try to hold on to something that doesn't work. The ending is perfect for the narrative, there is pain, of course, but hope too, and isn't that what life is all about?

@Norismo Thank you, it's good to hear that the emotional parts worked. It's always the trickiest part about writing emotional pieces.

Everything about this story is so so amazing... from the interactions to the lore, this has got to be my fav series in this site, like damn does it hit all the buttons. I'm not much into polyamory, but this throuple reaction is so cute and hot at the same time. I really wanna know how you're going to take it here. I love how Xander finally opened up, and having a dom-sub kinda thing where they actually love and care for each other rather than just abusing and treating as a plaything just makes it hotter and sexier for me. Also I'm guessing maybe Allan too has some connection with the parallel universe (I remember he had a dream of the apocalypse)

Thank you thank you thank you for writing more of this! I hope the next chapter comes out very soon. Incidentally, check out the novels by 'Nathan Burgoine. The last few chapters reminds me of his work.

@Auraseer11 Interesting, I actually follow him on Twitter but I haven't read any of his books yet. I just liked a lot of the tweets he made. As you can see this chapter is extremely large because I just couldn't break it up so it was really like two chapters in one. Hopefully the next chapter is a little bit more reasonably sized and won't take as long.

This story is so hot and fun! Thank you for bring it back and expanding it. I do remember the first time I read it. I was hard from beginning to end. It frustrated me so much that you stopped writing it. Glad to have this characters back. Keep on the great writing man!👍❤️😛

@BrzNLA Oh I'm glad you're still enjoying it despite it being more plot heavy recently!

Really enjoyed this story! I especially loved the build-up to Axel giving in. My favourite scene was probably Rivera's initial transformation over the phone. You write desire and need so well. I loved the combination of Axel's resistance and arousal about the transformation.

@time.to.occur I'm glad I pulled off Rivera's transformation! I was excited when I had that idea and it was fun to write. I'm going to have to learn from myself here. Desire and need are important themes for me throughout many of my stories, along with resistance and arousal, and I want to portray those authentically and arousingly. Thanks for reading!
