I'll consider making some edits since the locker room scene seems to be getting misread. It's supposed to read as two horny dudes (who have been checking each other out all morning) both using the book to make it okay to fool around -- Gabe sees Sam ogling him, so he makes public sex normal, then Sam uses the book to make straight guys giving blowjobs normal. Like MonsterMash62 said, they're both just kind of dumbasses when it comes to making changes. Gabe isn't malicious, he's just horny and picking up on clues that there's a mutual interest in experimenting.

@bluesuedewho Right, that's what I figured was your intention. But maybe since Gabe frames it as "you owe me" and then how rude/dismissive he is after he cums, it feels more coercive. I'm glad though that gabe is still intended to be a nice guy.

@SC Walker I read it as how straight bros interact. Gabe framing it that way totally fits with his bro persona, especially after it’s even more dominant. He’s sort of joking, sort of not. And he pushes on Sam a little, but he’s still a little playful with it.

The sex parts of this story are some of the best I've ever read. It ticks all my boxes for sure - especially the lubed up holes. Though, I gotta agree with the other commentator about Gabe's recent developments. I like it when smaller guys top bigger guys, but that's a personal preference. But, I also felt like it was very important to the story Gabe and Sam's bond of friendship had mutual respect. For example, I liked seeing Gabe be a wingman for Sam. It was nice to illustrate their supportive friendship in that way. Gabe seems to be falling into that trap of thinking "dominant" is the same thing as "being a jerk". I understand that may be the intention, but I can't help but feel like it wasn't. After all, you still want your readers to root for Gabe... It would be different if it was framed like Gabe nudging Sam to experiment more as a means of helping him, freeing him from discomfort. I liked how apologetic Gabe was last chapter when Sam was inadvertantly affected by his impulsive edit. Yet this chapter he doesn't continue any of that care or concern. I'm not trying to dictate your story to you or make demands, I just think maybe your intentions didn't come through and maybe the text could be misinterpreted. As a writer, sometimes people misunderstand my stories as well - and I try to clarify and fix it to reduce confusion. Anyways overall a fantastic, hot story!

What a cool world you've created! This was hot. Can't wait

@GiveInToTheMusk Thank you so much! definitely standing on the shoulders of giants there with a bit of our own twist! Really appreciate the encouragement!

Such incredible world-building! The story is equally sinister and hot. Great writing!

@Hypnoguy67 thank you so much! I do seem to lean more towards sinister in my writing than sweet these days ^^ I look forward to sharing more!

I’m all in on this story. I think it’s so hot. To me, this chapter is the sexual payoff to what’s been brewing in the story until now. Gabe thinks he’s the smarter one of the two of them, and Sam tends to agree most of the time, but they’re both dumbasses. Sam keeps making changes that land him in awkward, gayer and gayer situations, and keeps making decisions that won’t take him out of them. Gabe wants to be more thoughtful with his changes, but has an ego and is easily convinced (by Sam’s ribbing and by his own dick, when he makes edits to the book while horny). This chapter let me/the reader fully experience beefed up, muscle stud dom top Gabe and his fantastic dick, and his amazing voice. I didn’t feel like Gabe was too much, or like Sam couldn’t say no. Gabe did phrase things like commands/demands, but Sam made all the first moves. You could argue that Gabe orchestrated things that way, but he hasn’t actually been that clever so far. If he was, the scene would have been a much more satisfying ending for Gabe.

My thoughts on this story have been mixed for reasons I won't get into here--it's an AMAZING story, don't get me wrong! Incredible writing and world-building. I do sense, however, that the temptation of absolute power is beginning to corrupt Gabe absolutely...what will happen? :O

@Feed Your Head Oh, I didn't read it as the temptation for absolute power — I just read it as Gabe being pissed that Sam keeps disparaging Gabe for not being "stereotypically" top enough! I mean, Sam has brought it up in pretty much every single chapter, usually whenever he wants to get on Gabe's nerves. So I guess Gabe just finally had enough and decided to do something about it. Knowing Gabe, though, it's probably some careful thought-out global change — I mean, this is the guy who checked out a copy of *Gray's Anatomy* before making larger changes, just to be careful... (Which is one reason I love the bubble butt changes, haha. It's fun to see what happened when Gabe had to rapidly come up with a change mid-fuck that would let him keep going! The unexpected ripple effects of the otherwise-careful Gabe's one spontaneous change have been *really* fun to see, for me.)

@Nutiper Definitely a valid reading! However, spending a lot of time on this website has shown me that 99 times out of 100, those who can warp reality are inevitably caught up in a power trip (I seem to recall a certain Washington D.C. sorcerer who warped the gay population into having bulging butts?) ;p And I agree: it's definitely fun to see the changes happening! But the fact that the usually-cautious and careful Gabe made a thoughtless change because of horniness AND deliberately pulled a nasty trick with the book doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. :p We'll see what happens!

@Feed Your Head Hahaha that is true about most of the stories on the site! But Wes in my story was never a terribly nice guy, really — I feel like the big difference here is that Sam and Gabe are so visibly friends. Gabe even felt mortified and offered to undo the butt change the *instant* he realized it affected Sam. I feel like they both enjoy pranking each other, and trying to one-up each other competitively... but I'm not getting the sense that either one would do something to deliberately screw over the other. It feels like they really do have each other's backs... But messing with each other in a playful (and increasingly horny and homoerotic) way is still on the table! (At least, that's my reading, so far.)

7/24/21, 7:55 PM
@Nutiper That's definitely true! And in reading over your comment, I realize that this story is hitting a blind spot for me: namely, how cis jock bros interact with each other. Granted, Gabe is gay, but he's also a total jock, and the interactions between male jocks has never been something I really learned how to do. I'm a cis gay theatre/arts nerd, so even the straight guys in my circle tend to be more open with feelings and emotional. The whole "just messing with you!" thing is the province of the Bro! :p That's not something I see a lot (and it's sadly not a dynamic we get a lot in fiction either--gay/straight friendships that AREN'T about one-sided crushes). I am just glad the story has twists and turns ahead! Although the fact that you're contributing makes me suspect you might be right. :p

@Feed Your Head Haha I will neither confirm nor deny anything about contributing to in-progress chapters... But ooh, that's actually a really interesting point, and I think you've hit the nail on the head. This is *definitely* a bro-friendship story, you're right, and it has that whole competitive, show-off-y, "just messing with you bro!" vibe that is such a staple of those friendships. Like, trying to one-up each other and prank each other in this friendly rivalry... while also devoted to having each other's backs. I'm also a cis gay dude who is more artsy than not, but for whatever reason the college I went to had lots of bros and bro-adjacent guys, haha, and I was friends with some of them so I realize that dynamic is familiar to me.

7/25/21, 1:36 PM
I'm another arts-inclined cis gay guy without much IRL experience with the kind of jocky college bros Gabe and Sam are supposed to be, but I've always had a soft spot for that dynamic in fiction -- then I got over it, and *then* I played a dating simulator called Dream Daddy and kind of fell for it again! @Feed Your Head @Nutiper

7/25/21, 5:55 PM
@bluesuedewho Aw, Dream Daddy!! Hahaha I think I have my suspicions about *which* dream daddy inspired you to return to the jocky bro type... (To be honest, he kinda inspired me too...)

7/25/21, 6:04 PM
In hindsight, probably also subconsciously the reason I like stereotype-breaking Asian jock characters! @Nutiper

7/26/21, 2:54 AM
@bluesuedewho @Nutiper Ha ha, I've seen the ads, but I've never played! :p Also, I want to talk about the weird crossover in my college class. We had a theatre bro! He was a jock and played baseball in high school, then took acting classes and started loving it. So he was a theatre jock hybrid, and it was BIZARRE. :p When we roomed together in senior year, we'd have rehearsals and then go back to our apartment; I'd write papers and he'd play Flip Cup with his equally hot bro friends. Good times! :p

7/26/21, 4:51 PM
@Feed Your Head In a GSS story that theater bro would definitely be the result of someone having made an edit to themselves, haha... Thankfully reality is a lot more nuanced and complex!
7/25/21, 12:24 PM
Wow. I am just loving this. Sam thinking about Gabe’s dick and everything he’s doing to make it normal is super hot. Sam in the shower is super hot. Sam being happy about the changes to his butt and exploring them is super hot. The way Sam and Gabe interact is still pitch perfect, with the whole friend, bro thing being a part of their interactions, even if there’s hints that it could move into bros who have sex. Really well done. I’m blown away by how good you’ve written these characters, while still keeping this story hot and sexy.

7/25/21, 1:28 PM
Thanks! Character dynamics are just as important to me as sex scenes in stories like these. @MonsterMash62

This story checks ALL my boxes, and I like that there are subtle shifts of character development. Honestly I'm jealous at how creative and well written this is. If you ever want to chat/exchange ideas I would be happy to help. Like seriously it was already hot but then you added butt growth and auto-lubrication. This actually might be my favorite thing on here. EDIT: Of course Nupiter helped you write this. He wrote my OTHER favorite story on here. Props to you both.

7/25/21, 12:00 AM
Thanks! Glad you're enjoying it! You're free to share any ideas you have, although I'll admit I already probably have more ideas than I can realistically work into one story! @SC Walker

@bluesuedewho Haha I feel the same way. I have tons of ideas but not enough time to write them all. Is it cool if I email you?

The forum PM system would be better, if it's all the same to you. @SC Walker

This is seriously enjoyable. Steamy, clever, and very, very hot - thanks for writing! My favourite part so far is Marc's crush on Sam. I have a feeling we're going to end up seeing them go at it, just a straight guy lending his ass out to help a buddy. I'm curious if Sam is going to try and scratch out any of their edits, like the water thing, or maybe even the edit that says Sam's straight. Gabe can't do it, according to the rules, but Sam might be able to.

7/25/21, 12:04 AM
Thanks! Glad you're enjoying it! I didn't originally intend for Marc to be a big part of the story, but it ended up being hard to resist the lure of a magic dick. I *will* say that Sam will still be straight by the end of the story, even if that definition looks a little different in the reality the MC's end up creating. @Derek Williams
